The bed and mattress giant, Sleep Number, moved from two buildings in Plymouth to the lower four floors of a former data center in downtown Minneapolis, encompassing an entire city block. The renovation of this 225,000 square foot space included an additional 25,000 square feet of space for future expansion and houses an estimated 900 employees.
Our team provided design-build services for this 250,000 square foot corporate remodel complete with a tech bar, cafeteria, coffee bar, research & development area, and casual, collaborative workspaces that offered a variety of configurations and options for comfort.
