UND Nistler

Nistler College of Business and Public Administration (CoBPA) was a step into the future for business at the University of North Dakota enabling students to learn and grow together through flexible use spaces and technology. This 3-story, 108,000 square foot building features a 42,500 square foot first floor, 33,300 second floor, and 33,200 square foot third floor. Throughout this multi-level building are intuitive student spaces including 28 classrooms, lab spaces, an 8,750 square foot community hubs, 10 group study rooms, and a 5,000 square foot, 250 seat auditorium.

Scope of Work

As part of this project, our team’s scope of work included the underground distribution system, duct banks, horizontal directional drilling and boring, transformer installations, relocation of MV switch, new electrical manhole, generator/transformer pad, and communication utility pipes from manhole into the new building. Design-build civil work for University of North Dakota including all drilling and relocation of underground electrical.
During construction, our scope of work included all electrical distribution, lighting, controls and all electrical connections to equipment and additional ATC panels as well as grounding system. ArchKey Technologies scope of work included all A/V, wireless, access control, video surveillance, Public Safety, sound masking, network infrastructure throughout the facility.
